there is this unceasing play within
an oscillation to which we are witness
our stillness fulcrum tranquil and sanguine
whilst attention flows in form and formlessness
both aspects experiential have their own validity
cognised by self aware awareness noumenon
renewing bliss throb in seamless continuity
breezing through manifest phenomenon
