Nothings Clearer
So where are you going this time?
Into the shadows of their minds.
Tamed aspersions with mass and legs
tread along, leaving their webs.
Thin crystalline
shiny threads
alluring to the eyes,
weakened by heads.
Nothing's simple
everything's nice,
but don't you dare go thinking twice.
Mouths are empty
smiles are bewitching
But what is it all that we are missing?
We hum along the easy songs
and barely remember the greats
we swing forcefully at our peers
and stand motionless at the gates
simple twice
noticeable once
everything's shamed
nothings a must
keep on dreaming
sleepless breather
keep on seeing
nothings clearer
