Nothing Lasts Forever

Left to regret another endeavor
         Why does nothing last forever
              Graded by some social measure
                   Ruining all that we treasure
                        Even life is not infinite
                             Alive then dead next minute
                                  Hurry now time is short
                                       Remember now life's a sport
                                            Bound eternally only in spirit
                                                 The end, we fear it...
