Nothing Is Forever

Nothing is forever
this side of eternity.
Many times are severed
the things that should always be.

Maybe a job that’s new
and you find you make new friends.
You love the work you do
then you find one day it ends.

In a perfect time here
you know this would never be.
No loss of things to fear
nor grief would we ever see.

But nothing is forever
this side of eternity.
So despise your life never
for who knows when our end will be ?
