Not Yet a Favourite

Not Yet A Favorite

Not yet am I a favourite poet,
but someday, Maybe I shall be
someone will breath in my words
and recite them back to me.

I will take you on adventures
help you to see my emotion
and to me you will be drawn
for some of this penned devotion.

I hope to give something back
and perhaps gain admiration
for this being a beloved passion
could become an occupation.

It doesn't matter if it never happens
I still really love to write
and share the muse of everything
with beauty and delight.

I wasn't trying to make people feel bad for me, I just thought this poem would be a honest and fun piece.
