Not Until a Balance

That of peace has no place for me
Given a mind without rest
Too much and never to be
If only an evermore can mean an ever less

Yet, I’ve nonetheless uncovered
How the dark has its promising light
Where only lights might provide forever
The dark for whence the eternal night

To love the mysterious, the misled
An undeniable truth as often overlooked
Where hungry minds be forever fed
A beauty to both worlds only you could

Why not be free in totality?
Why be free to limitation for the knowing?
Peace can only be known with fatality
As do sexuality without true yearnings

A balance if not to only overlay
Simply an outcome to be weighed for difference
So many games if not to simply play
The game of life before death’s final deliverance
