Not Today
Will we look back and laugh?
Look at me, tell me what you see.
Is what we're doing right?
We sit here and ignore,
What we feel inside.
What do you adore?
What will you decide?
I feel like failure had overcome,
Overcome all of my intentions,
My intentions to be with you,
To be with you has failed.
One of us will surely fall
You will never see me crash and burn
I stand so very tall
So just stop and take your time
Losing my breath won't happen today
One day we will look back and laugh,
When you find out this isn't right
