Not the Way To Act

Some people reject love
And internalize hate
Store resentment up
Rarely verbalise a thing
Until its too late
It takes a certain type of strength
To go and look at self 
Before you try to blame
Them or anyone else
Sometimes the first thing
That pops into your brain
Should go through a filter first
And is not the right thing to say
You gotta exercise restraint
And consider all the facts
Because letting your emotions lead the way
Is not the way to act

It is really sad when people post every silly thought on a social media site, or tweet it to millions without thinking at all.
