Not That Important
Why you knockin on my door
I can't take that phone ringing any more
I don't know if the world is round
I can't say if Amelias been found
I'm not that important
I ain't you so I can't really say
If you should go left or right today
Questions, questions from every way
Why ask me can't you hear what I say
I'm not that important
Our mommys and daddys raised us free
Why the heck you pickin on me
Not my job to get you dressed
And I can't tell when you should rest
I'm not that important
This foot that foot wheres the park
Is the sun shining or is it dark
Where the heck did you park my car
Can you have a drink in that there bar
I'm not that important
I just don't think that its all my job
And I don't give a darn if you name your son Bob
You partied all your money away
Now its my job your bills to pay
I'm not that important
I need me a place where I can flee
I need me an island sanctuary
Maybe just a damp old cave
Scared your gonna follow me to my grave
I'm not that important
Heres some truth for you to hear
It's your life...is that clear
Pickup the reins of your ride
Just live your life quit tryin to hide
Cause you ain't that important
