Not Needing God

I can eat what I want
All that I want
I am loosing weight
If I can do that
Why I don't need God

(This was said to me by
someone..I thought
how foolish.)

That seems a very ridiculous thing to say. Seems like the kinda person that's hard to reason with... very strange and quite sad...

This is such a sad poem, I hate to hear someone say something like that! They really don't get it do they Sara? That's not the reason we need God, we need Him for our salvation, so we may come back home to Him one day, to be unified with our Father! We need God so we can live our lives the right way, in as good a way as we can, we may not be perfect but we can try through Him to reach for perfection! Only through Him could we even have a glimmer of hope! This poem is fantastic Sara, Great Work!!
