Not Just a Passerby

How can I tell you to rest in peace
When I know in my heart I'll always miss
The moments I had with you I treasure
For meeting you in this life is my pleasure.

How can I bid you a last goodbye
When you are not just a passersby
But a lifetime, a life and a heart beat
Someone I would always want to meet.

How can I tell you I'll be okay
When I'll pray for you to come back everyday
Because I'm not certain if I'll see you
When my time is up, my life is through.
