Flee from his sight
Pretend there are no happily ever afters
Restrain yourself from laughter
Live in black
Prepare for an attack
Shield yourself with pain
Protect yourself from the rain
Forget about the false pretenses
See the fakes through the magnified lenses
Don't be blind sighted
Don't get too excited
Because it will all crumble at your feet
You will always be beat
So dont get close, don't get near
You best believe me, my dear
I've been hurt on so many occasions
I've been blinded by so many pursuations
You are all that you can rely on
When everyone else is gone
