Not Clever

There are people that are clever,
And sorry, but some that are 'never'.
That is, just cause you have a pen,
Doesn't make talent your best friend.

You can wish and dream and hope for 'able',
Spending hours at the table.
Dashing this and daunting that,
When in reality, your work is crap!

It doesn't mean no-one cares,
Or that life for you isn't fair.
It's just that God gifts a few,
And the rest of us don't have a clue.
