North Wind
Why does the North wind howl?
Can you see how she wears a scowl?
She moves with speed amongst naked trees
Searching with squinting eyes that she may see
Way past glistening snow melting
Beneath bright sun rays blinding
Why does the North wind howl?
Can you see how she wears a scowl?
Running wild, like a banshee screaming
Screeching loudly as her anger is seething
Finally, exhausted she pleads with soft sighs
With quiet whispers says her good byes
She Howls tonight! And you may hear
her if you listen...ssshh
