I ask for fire and you bring me the rain
Seeking out love only brings the pain
You say your heart is too tortured to tame
Bloodied, blackened, and insane
You think you're worthless but that's just a lie
How can you say you're not worth it and not even try
I know what i need and im sure that is you
Through all this confusion i've lost what to do
You ask me why i even want to try
I see that answer every time i look into your eyes
You lose your love and become filled with fear
You continue looking when i am right here
