Notes About The Poem
We've all had to deal with the ads during this election year. No sooner than that''s over, we're bombarded with Holiday sales! I just plead for a little "time off". Some would say, 'turn your tv off"...well if you only have time to watch at night, what do you do then?
Noise and Obtrusion
Spare the noise and obtrusion; the ever increasing hype
They may congregate outside my gates
Tonight, I entertain solitude and quiet; the heart speaks
