-------No-----Guru------No-----Method-----No----- Morals

NO GURU, NO METHOD, NO MORALS

My lover says I shouldn’t have done that or so many other things
But a man birthed and born with weakness may never become strong
I stole that lady’s memories when I took her diamond rings
It’s been so long I’ve forgotten the word “right” because I’ve done so many things
wrong

There was a seed of sickness inside a sordid soul
And it’s been a habitat for far too long
All the things I’ve pilfered, boosted and/or stole
I need no bible, method nor guru to tell me how many things that I’ve done wrong

I always told myself that I’d be the only one to get hurt
No collateral damage wouldst I leave behind
My body was mobile but my thinking was inert
Because as I’ve stated, there’s something wrong with my mind

I kiss you and whisper goodnight at your front door
And I know if I left for good you’d suffer insufferable grief
Well I wasn’t born to die and say life was a f*****g bore
And it’s quite evident, my sweet, I was born to be a thief
