Nocturne

Time won’t stop until I drop
In my bed again
Meet me at the staircase top
Lend a helping hand
I can’t stay for long, you know
Time is running fast
I just came to say hello
Lost for words, at last
In this place there's lack of space
Sitting on the bed
I can’t see your smiling face
Snow falls in my head
Melting down far too slow
Then the clock stroke two
Its about time to go
Nothing more to do.
