Nobody Lives
in my attic, i have friends
they have a hundred legs
up there, the angels watch over me
make sure i'm not materialistic
they watch through security cameras
make sure i don't start it on fire
they hear all seven of my voices
they want me to start them on fire
there's a ghost in the mirror
how do you get out of here
art will swallow you whole
and they're all hiding out of fear
he bites his lip until it bleeds
he can't put the knife away
watch and learn, roll up your sleeves
nobody's living anyway
oh no, my vision's f*cked up again
walking through the furniture store
my six year-old self would imagine it
would imagine it home like she always did
i watch through security cameras
i see her in a jacket in an empty room
she's hugging herself, physically
but it's a fight, it's a fight, unwittingly
there's a ghost in the mirror
how do you get out of here
art will swallow you whole
and they're all hiding out of fear
he bites his lip until it bleeds
he can't put the knife away
watch and learn, roll up your sleeves
nobody's living anyway
