No Title Yet

Can we run really fast
Like a panther on its prey
Across the jungle we shall go

Or can we fly far away
Like the eagles in the sky
Over the mountains we soar

For we are soulmates not lovers
With one voice we should be

But life in its strange heartlessness
Will not let us have affinity

I think that this may be a poem to that sweet someone yet unmet. I too share this feeling as expressed in my poem 'Some Day" which you read and in my poem "God's Smile" also on my last page in the middle. Thank you very much for both reading my poems and for your wonderful comments Michelle.
