Prelude to a letter to Joyce

Contact – casual and polite.
Meaningless – it was in spite.
In the bed of indifference – not to tell.
Under the sheets of denial – nightmares swell.
From grace – do we fall !,
never again – to know that light.

“ I can feel the intense strain between two people at the end of this relationship ” and for some relationships – because of the baggage one brings into it – that is how it must go Jan. Unfortunately, I seem to have been the recipient of far too many runaway trains loaded with far to much baggage . “ brilliantly penned Bill:-) ” Thank you so much for thinking so Jan, and for saying so . Love, Hugs and Kisses B. J. ”A” 2
