No Promise
There is no promise of tomorrow
They say we should live for today
But I haven't wanted to live
Since the day you walked away
You hurt me and my children too
For that I will never forgive you
You had no explanation
Not one word to say
About why you were leaving
You just walked out that day
You never looked back
You must have moved on
How do I get my life back
Now that you're gone
