No One Calls Me Anymore
No One Calls Me Anymore
I know I have this
weird fixation towards
being lost in solitude
where
I fancy myself a poet
don't you know it
all too well
I thought we were friends
I really did
yet the more time passes
and I stare through windows,
open doors which were meant
to be locked
Don't you ever wonder
why I stopped
talking to you?
Instead of getting better
It got worse
a faint glimmer of hope
when my phone flickers light
"Battery low. Please connect charger."
