No More 'Cold'
{This is a kind of response to the song 'Cold' by Black Country Communion}
I did not mean to leave you 'cold'
But you must understand
This tragedy had to unfold
Our lives have been pre-planned
Our life together had to end
It's time you accept this
Think of all the fun we had, friend
And then, me, you won't miss
Please come out of your reverie
I know you need to grieve
I'll be a fading memory
If you'll just let me leave
I'm watching over you today
From way beyond the blue
So don't despair, grief will relay
The strength to see this through
You'll soon be warm, no more so 'cold'
Just sing the blues away
Go on livin', be brave and bold
The rhythm of life you play
