No Longer Do I Weep For You

No longer do I weep for you, Though I no longer weep I still miss you. I miss those times and precious moments we shared, Those memories that showed how much we really cared. With good times and bad, And Lord knows there were quite a few, You always knew no matter what happened I would always love you. With a smile on your face and a wave of your hand, How I long to have those sweet moments moments back again. As I sit and go through these memories today, I wonder is there a message, is there something you want to say? Or is it your way of telling me, I'm with yoiu here and always will be.

Thank you for your comment and I agree poetry can sometimes be a letter it was my mistake at not mentioning at the end of my poem it was an open letter to my late husband. Perhaps I was wrong to assume the reader would realize that when they read the poem.
