-No Longer

No longer seen nor heard 

No visits nor calls

Not involved or included

Feeling insignificant and small


Out of sight , out of mind….invisible

Treated as such

Past your expiry date 

No longer required…..out of touch


Do not let others ignorance define you

You do not need them to feel complete or whole

Always remember YOUR value and worth

Live your life for YOU as that is what you control
