No Light

the lonely night does me enshroud
the moon has gone behind a cloud
i only venture thus aloud
till light returns with love endowed...

ah well perhaps yes we will find another
someone closer than a mother
but life is short and time is thin
slip through the needle hole so grim...
.
That love is blind and we can’t see
Will it survive eternity
To find the other wanted wait
Rebirthed reborne remembered fate?

You have penned some nice expressions...life is short and time is thin (or fleeting) The other one is also much necessary in life, Don
