No Jam
And what was it the poet said
Should I put Jelly on my Bread?
His words you see are bitter sweet
and here I dare not words repeat.
And shame on me for believing so
but shame on you for letting go!
When evening comes I'll eat a feast
with Turkey Ham to say the least.
And please forgive me if your able
there will be no Jam here at this table.
And please forgive the lack of bread
I'll eat my humble pie instead...
