No Control of Your Freedom Mental Health Vs Coronavirus

Anxiety and depression force into your life, 
you’ve no control no solution or answer, 
it just breaks your stride fall nose dive 
caught up in disaster, 

and alike now, 
it limits your freedom 
leaving you down, 
can’t have what’s needed, 
life won’t allow 
you’re trapped and unsure, 
confused there’s no cure, 
self confident no more 
with anger and sadness 
fear and dread yours to endure, 
paranoia self doubt 
conflict warring yourself 
with no experience to call 
and like now through law 
you can’t do what you did before, 
unknowing and unexplored
 
you stay away from society 
it’s a priority stuck feeling horribly 
and you’ve no ability 
to change this new found reality 
surrounding you indefinitely. 

You have no control but you’re here now 
and there’s no route out 
just mountains and water to drown 
it just happened to you 
and adapt you must do!

Alike now you’re locked down 
Alike now you can do nothing

Emphasis 
You can’t control this reality you’re in, 
but you’re in it, 
alike those victims of abuse slander and bullies.
It just happened to you, 
black from white 
You’re in it, it’s new,
but still your life!

Minds never become damaged on the inside and
Minds don’t damage themselves
It’s what minds absorb from the outside that shapes mental health

So you at the moment are in a situation 
you cannot control change or influence, 
you’re living the depression experience 
with one difference 
you have light in the distance, 

We are helpless to poor mental health, 
it’s arrival and presence through what we experience
As we are helpless now to this unprecedented virus!

And it’s not your fault, but is your life!

Treat people nice or you’ll damage them inside 
destroying their life, 
it’s basically murder, 
cus their never the same again, 
character disturbing, 
and makes you lame from contributing to their change and hurting 

Selfishness is the route to extinction 
Just be nice
Mental Health awareness.
