No Better Night

the shining stars are all in line
a smiling moon right behind
a better night I couldn't find 
while lovin you is on my mind

so I'll just lay here and relax
with my thoughts so pleasant
enjoy the calm as the sky flows in rhyme
while lovin you is on my mind

before the sun decides to rise
gonna close my eyes just one more time
listen to my heart beat
while lovin you is on my mind
