No Apathy

To be fit, you must be willing
     to feel pain.
To lose weight, you must be willing
     to feel hungry.
To be happy, you must be willing
     to give and give again.
To be free, you must be willing
     to get angry.

I love it Helen! And I agree, apathy is a sure way to relinguish your freedoms - and a waste of a good mind.
