Nineseventeenpm

NINESEVENTEENPM

The time has come to say good night
It's nine seventeen pm
The last episode of NCIS
Was really kind of grim

I quickly flipped at nine pm
To a Blue Bloods episode
Danny had just emptied his Glock
And was ready to reload

Criminal Minds was gory
The plot was really gruesome
A psychopath in Houston
Had just dismembered a twosome

Even Matlock was boring tonight
But Dirty Harry 'made my day'
Sleep is more important now
So I'll just make my way

To the bathroom for my usual routine
Brush my teeth, take nighttime meds
Gargle with some Listerine
Turn the lights out and go to bed

Curtis Moorman June 26, 2018 at 11:02 PM Those are shows that I really watch and enjoy. Fitting them together in a poem seemed like a good idea. And not only that, if I w rote poems as well as (as good as) you do I'd probably receive fewer NA and HM placements.
