Nightmare

too dark to see
nothing will gleam
it must be
just a dream
close my eyes
count to ten
Oh no
Not again!
trapped in the night
can't see the light
no escape
from my fright
close my eyes
count to ten
Oh no
Not again!
sinking
in the night
drowning
without the light
end at zero
open my eyes
another part of me
Dies
