Nightmare
I had a dream last night
A dream that I was alone
It was dark and I would easily scare
And you....were not there
In this dream
I could not even feel your presence
You were gone and out of my sight
This caused me a deep fright
In the dream
I longed for your touch
It was the only thing that seemed to uplift
And meeting you was my greatest gift
I just hope this dream will never come true
Because girl, I've always longed to be with you
