Nightingale Compression

the lonely strains
like a haunted dream,
so many sad refrains
left...to drift in the wind,
now memory-born
tears when it rains...

A very good emotional rendition, Craig, especially considering the limited lines afforded. Congratulations. [ps...thank you for my top placement in your 'lonely weed' contest.] // paul

Your lights been out more than I've previously NEVER seen. I've missed its bright here, there and everywhere it's always been since I started. And you totally returned with your styled dazzlement. Drat, I'm about to be domestically cuffed and I haven't read enough. I'll be back. Picturing you golden with all desired being and doings ... CayCay
