Night Stalker

He enters a home, while they sleep tonight Staking out rooms, not touching the lights The scent of essence, heightens attraction His insatiable instinct, demands satisfaction Safely in bed, firearm tucked between pillows Undeterred, He senses a breath as it billows Wait distraction, another choice has arisen Spoilt rotten tonight, on his insidious mission Sweeter attraction, something else is in bed Perspiration of fornication, on a lovers head Cannot control incredible urge, now he strikes Into bare flesh, sinking a proboscis like knife That’s it yes, over and over, keeps stabbing Finally a blood vessel pulses, calms attacking Oh the bliss, that’s found in orgies of gore, Just then a slap, damn mosquito’s no more. At least the stalker went out in glory, well sated in the orgy. A fantastic write of a mosquito’s plight. Belle

I think a lucky slap Belle, most of the time they get off Scott-free, after the damage is done, I get nasty reactions for days after I’m bitten, the one in my poem had to go, cheers David

Love it David Speaking from experience myself and my niece Bianca must be sweet because during the summer in S.A we used to get tortured and bitten to bits. One morning i awoke after sleeping with all the doors and windows wide open because of the heat and humidity looking like i had bad case of chickenpox Wrote a poem called Empire Wolf Brother Capital if you can check it out please my mate i hoped you may like

I will check that one out with relish cheers, I was eaten alive in Greece one year by the pests luckily not the malaria carrying ones, I was just trying to do a psychological poem analogous to a serial killer in your home but the mosquito was always going to be the culprit, ha guess you have pulled cheers David

My firearm was a tin of Peaceful Sleep. Buzz around your ear but can never catch them until you get up and splat them on the wall and they explode with blood. Never knew it was the female that bites . Result so if i am hearing you correctly David what you are saying is, Technically i have pulled. Must come back as or be reincarnated as a Mosquito then

Thank you so much Kim, I can’t believe people are falling for it, but I do have a red herring in there, only the female mosquito bites apparently, cheers David

Sigrid I honestly thought it would be copped on pretty quick, was all planned before I wrote it, a few clues embedded, that’s great I’m made up now, it’s not too obvious, Cheers David
