Night Sky

As the night skies take over and the moon appears
Some people get anxious for the dark brings fears
The dark brings voices only some can hear
And shadows and images that seem very clear

The beam of the moon can dispel the fear of night
Moonbeams help things appear clear insight
To some seeing the moon brings pure delight
Those that are anxious are relieved by the light

It's in the hours of night that we often dream
Although sometimes it's a nightmare and we wake with a scream
For some the night is almost serene
For others every night seems like Halloween

The night can take mysterious shape
Those that are dreaming don't want to awake
Their dreams are full of images they create
Into another world they've escaped

In the morning some can't explain
They've slept all night but feel completely drained
It's as if no rest they have gained
And the whole day is then quite strained

So as the night sky takes over and tonight the moon appears
Are you feeling anxious, does the dark bring out your fears?
Are you one that in the dark the voices you can hear?
And can you see the shadows are the images very clear?
