Night Shadows
I listen to a love song
and the lonely sounds of night.
A little star between dark clouds
cast an invisible light.
An immortal song
on a silent hill
moments we cherished
anew in my mind.
I have lost what never was mine
falling in love with a friend
Silhouettes shape in a veil of haze.
Memories hide in a dream.
God bless you and keep you,
Wherever you are,
until we meet again.
