Night

Let my night be forever, 
                and let the blanket of the nightly sky,
                                 cover my face.
                                         ***
              For I don't need to see with my own eyes.
                                         ***
                         Let my heart be my guide, 
                let the gentle breeze fill me with hope.
                                         ***
                          Tonight will be the night,
                          and you will be my sight.
