Next Sunrise
Running in circles
Around our own fences
That we created
In shades of purple
Starts again, what a surprise
When has the light ever lied
Anger that’s not entirely mine
Is this the last time I look into your eyes?
See you next sunrise
I’d rather stay here than refuse to try
See you next sunrise
Farewells are boring
So I implore thee
Save it for tomorrow, and save us all the sorrow, don’t go to bed if you’re still mad
I lost (I lost)
My sun (my sun)
Before (before)
It begun (begun)
Reset the clock, oh right it’s a time loop
Hit the buzzer, again and again until noon
What id really like to understand
Is how we can never just be friends
Staring at the lines of in between
Wondering what it could mean
I see it so clearly now that it’s brighter
Was never a fighter
Is this the last time I look into your eyes?
See you next sunrise
I’d rather stay here than refuse to try
See you next sunrise
Farewells are boring
So I implore thee
Save it for tomorrow, and save us all the sorrow, don’t go to bed if you’re still mad
I lost (I lost)
My sun (my sun)
Before (before)
It begun (begun)
Can’t shine all alone
Can’t sit on a broken throne
I suppose it’s better this way
Better or worse, come what may
It’s hopeless a dance that has no rhythm
Something’s amiss
Two parts of a whole
The sides are jagged though
Is this the last time I look into your eyes?
See you next sunrise
I’d rather stay here than refuse to try
See you next sunrise
Farewells are boring
So I implore thee
Save it for tomorrow, and save us all the sorrow, don’t go to bed if you’re still mad
I lost (I lost)
My sun (my sun)
Before (before)
It begun (begun)
