No doubt they need a FIX- this last guy couldn't even turn the car off at 90 mph, so a CHP helped him stop

Doomsday scenario for the once admired automaker. There's a vehicular homicide defendant using what is now called the "Toyota Defense." Heap big trouble summed up nicely in this lanterne, Marty. If the defendant is successful, Toytota will be paying punitive damages and court costs. That would give every careless driver the motivation to get a Toyota. Clever poem! Love, carolyn
