New Year S Life
N-ew year's life God has set
I-s a long race to complete;
C-hoose to reach the end,
A-im to make both ends meet.
C-herish the new year's life,
E-arly Monday January first;
L-ove, faith, and hope
E-rase your hunger and thirst.
S-tart to trust in God
T-o keep away from strife;
I-t's time to brave and live
A-nother new year's
L-ife.
