New Year Dreams

For every family a dream
  of a caring husband
and a devoted wife
  who model love and respect
     ~ never anger or strife

For every family a dream
  of children happy
with what they've got
  who respect their parents
even if they don't have a lot

For every family a mission
  to give of themselves
to do good deeds
  to pitch in and help out
those in need, planting kind seeds

For every family a dream
  to come closer together
this coming new year
  through selflessness and charity
  ~ to increase joy, light and cheer
