New moon new broom

New moon new broom
My love is coming at noon
The sun is very hot
And sweat is dripping from my back
I want a new frock to take the heat off my back
It is a strange January heat that keeps riding under my feet
It is very hard to predict the weather
When the moon is full the land is dry
And sun is buried under the secret skies
I am not happy or sad, I often feel glad
But I am constantly plagued by this feeling
That frequently leaves my heart bleeding
It is the feeling you get
When someone is fighting from the inside
No one is hitting me with a stick
But it feels like everything
Is being package and served in a dish
I just have this torturing feeling
That is slowly robbing me of my life
Even though I have made so much sacrifice
I have to move away from it without delay
Nobody is physically beating me
But I can feel the pressure all around me
It is not pain but it is something
so subtle and disdained
What have I to do with these people’s misery
What have I to do with the problems in the city
I sacrifice my life, and gave my honest advice
And now I am paying a big sacrifice
just for being so kind
I came to this city innocent and cool
And everyone starts playing me for a fool
And for six long months and fifteen days
The devil and his cohorts deprived me of food
Just to see me whither down and become a fool
They have been raging a silent war with me
To mash up my family and break my dignity
A war of lies, a war of self- pity, a war helpless
And a war that frequently impose blame in Jesus name
The Jezebel spirit is creating havoc all over the town
And Jezebel knows that it is over and done
I have been studying the behavior since I got here
And it keeps changing according to the audience request
When the circumstances are not right, and the head is light
Hell breaks loose and jezebel is confused
The feeling of jealousy and envy
are at heart of the prophecy
The feeling is discreet
and I am still feeling the heat
Something is cooking in the atmosphere
And it is causing me to fear
Earthquake or hurricane we have nothing to gain
The skies are rumbling, and the spirit is moving
I have been in this mood for a very long time
And it feels like heaven is really standing by
Me on one side ,and you on the other
The time will surely come when we will all
Have to live or die
Enemies or false friend I have to make it to heaven
Mother or godmother, everyone is crazy for power
The moment is finally approaching
When everyone has to face their destiny
Everyone must be prepared
For the next step in the atmosphere
New moon new broom someone is cleaning the room
New moon new broom, my love is coming at noon
Stand out of the way because this is my best day.
