New Era

Let us talk as people
The normal ones with fallacies and tendencies of imperfection
Let us talk as people who don't always have the patience of love
Let us walk against the wind blowing to the past and push stubberness and pride
Let us catch the pushed and shoved and dry the cries of our souls that die inside
Let us share the same page, not watch the incineration caused by segregation with rage and
omission of contemplation that we are humans...with feelings
Let us commence the healing and spilling of self
See our ways are ones of many and we all need help
Let us break the cold of ice and melt the attitudes for survival
The inside is what matters
We can learn from the bible because their lives are like our lives
There are mistakes to be made
Let us die to forgive and delete instead of keeping it saved

Our preacher preached a message last night about the heroes of the Bible and how they all have flaws. Love your poem...Marty

Certainly the truth in this write, We as a people don't always have the love of patience. I am all for beginning the healing, and breaking the cold ice, and learning that what matters is insides us. Sincerely, Moses
