New Day
Dawn of a new day
hope whispers
goals are met today
today you reach your new high
Ignoring what others say
and their reason
treating it toilet paper
Reflecting the sun
shining brightly
my cries are no more
no more chains upon me
Collecting my strength
looking to family
for help along the way
