New Beginning
The cool air is warmed as a new day has begun.
The gold orb steals the night sky, smiles in atonement.
She peeps over the horizon. Hail praise to the sun.
I sit to play my guitar, inspired by that instant moment,
When night gives over to day, to cajole a regal bestowment.
All becomes visible in a misty hue, as we near dawn.
The dew spreads a sparkle in dawns early light.
The land comes alive with the heralding of morn.
Across the horizon created a radiant glow so bright,
As the sun embarks a quest for lilacs to bloom in the daylight.
This magical moment captured with a deep ruby hue.
The reddish luster is resplendent when it comes into sight.
Etching a detailed, exquisite hefty crimson glow in view.
Streams of color blend seamlessly in swirls of delight.
Heavily embossed across the faded sky, birds in flight.
Sunrise is a glowing color of crimson and gold,
Birds glide across the sky, as weary clouds relent.
The moon can slumber as day's sun's sweeping veil will unfold.
Whispers of a breeze sigh, wafting gently, flickers a scent.
Evokes aromatic bursts, sensual yet earthy by intent.
