Never To Let Go
the dark of night
you can not fight,
how the shadow wraps around you
and caresses you so light,
like a lover's passion tow
in your veins you can feel it flow,
the lovely weightlessness of bliss
like the tender lips of a lover's kiss,
you sink and sigh
though the day is nigh,
you don't want to let go
so there you lay
all wrapped in warmth
never letting go,
you look into his eyes
filled with love
snuggling closer,
wanting it to remain this way for eternity
to come
