Never To Broken To Heal

Hunger, the homeless
Justifiable gun violence
Crooked politicians
What a sad world we live in
Scandal in the churches
Shattered families
Angry mothers always fighting
We can't win while we're sinning
The cycle continues
It goes on and on
It's everyone's problem
But nobody's fault
We must correct our hearts
Change our thoughts
Or our world we be over
It will come to a halt
Stop for a minute
Remember how it used to be
Families prayed together
Children were safe playing
in the streets
Neighbor helping neighbor
In times of need
We must bring all these things back
Less selfishness
Less pointing fingers
Remember when our lives are over
When our time runs out
It's our children left with whatever choice
We're choosing to teach them right now
