Never Forget

Sometimes I lose my patience
Say things I do not mean
At times I get so angry
But I love you
I hope you see

Sometimes life seems so hard
Everything is in a hurry
In the constant rush, rush
of the day
There are words I often
forget to say

Between the kids with
school work, soccer practice,
and games
I see you, but forget to
really look at you
But I do not forget all
the reasons why I love you

I love because you are
my true love
My soul mate
And my best friend
I love you plain and simple
Because I don't even know me
Without me, loving you.

Your emotions animate through this glass page. Please read my "another setting sun, unloved".
